ℹ This unique columbine produces fully double, spurless, upward facing dark-purple to black blooms in late spring to early summer. Beautiful Gray green clover like foliage that acts like a ground cover and turns a maroon colour in fall. Columbines are easy to grow and thrive in moist, well-drained soils. Full sun is okay in northern gardens; afternoon shade is preferred in southern gardens. Excellent for cut flowers.
