Manufactured Merchandise Ordering Policy

Shipping And Pick Up Timeline:

Most manufactured merchandise will ship or be available to pick up from our facility within 2 weeks of purchase. If your purchase includes live plants, the manufactured merchandise will be shipped or notified for pick up according to the timeline of the plants and their relevant shipping and pick up timelines. Find more info under the shipping tab on the main menu of the website. If the manufactured merchandise is ordered separately from the plants, it will be shipped or notified for pick up separately on its own relevant timeline. Please keep this in mind when purchasing manufactured merchandise from our website. Important: Pick ups are only available on designated days and once the official pick up notification is sent. Manufacturer's Warranty:

Some manufactured products may come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the product documentation or customers are welcome to contact our customer support team to inquire about the availability and details of any warranties. Manufactured merchandise does not come with an in-house warranty from us. If you encounter any warranty claims or issues, if possible please contact the manufacturer directly, following their designated warranty process.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made within 14 days from the time of purchase or before an item becomes backordered for 60 days to be eligible for financial reimbursement. Cancellations made after 14 days but before an item becomes backordered for 60 days will only be eligible for store credit. Once an item has been processed for shipping, cancellations cannot be requested.

Returns:

Only unopened items can be returned. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns will be eligible for store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Financial reimbursement will not be offered on returned products.

Return Shipping:

The cost and responsibility of returning items to our facility by mail or courier for a return are borne by the customer. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the merchandise.
