Our Guarantee, Refunds, Warranty and Cancellation Policy
Guarantee: All nursery stock is to be in good condition when picked up or shipped. Any unsatisfactory stock must be reported to us immediately(within 24 hours of receival) and held for advice.
Refunds: Refunds will be applied to reasonably unsatisfactory products. It is the customers responsibility to return items to the nursery by courier or personally. Items must be returned to the nursery within 30 days of notification of unsatisfactory stock, and be in the same condition as when you received it. If a pre ordered item becomes unavailable due to grading you will be issued a full refund immediately or offered store credit and/or plant substitutions.
Warranty: Our products come with a one year warranty from the time of purchase. If a plant dies within 1 year of purchase due to circumstances out of the customers power, a replacement or a store credit of equal value will be given. Acts of nature are not covered in the warranty. Items deemed severely damaged in transit will be subject to replacement including shipping. You must notify us of damaged plants immediately and hold for advice. We reserve the right to deny a replacement if we find evidence that the plant was neglected or damaged due to customer error. It is the customers responsibility to return items to the nursery by courier or personally to receive a replacement or credit. Please note plants purchased outside of your growing zone will not be covered under our warranty.
Cancellations: All cancellations must be made within 14 days of the time of purchase. After 14 days the option to cancel is voided. A 25% cancellation/restocking fee will be applied to all cancelled orders or items. You can not cancel an order once it has been shipped.
