ℹ Hardi Mac is a selection from a historical Macintosh apple tree found thriving for years in Calgary in 1992. The Hardi Mac is like Macintosh except it is hardier. You can expect a white crispy, juicy, aromatic flesh with a classic Macintosh flavour. Apples are around 7 to 8cm in size and mature around mid-late September. Good for fresh eating and cooking and will keep up to 3 to 4 months and we find that it is best to be picked after a frost or two.
