The beautiful flesh has an amazing sweet and peachy flavor and resists browning when sliced, perfect for fresh eating, canning and preserves! It is more acidic than most white peaches with a stronger peach flavor! The peach also smells amazing, with a beautiful floral scent to it.This variety provides prolific harvests of beautiful pink to red blushed medium sized fruit that keeps very well! One of our heaviest bearers, and showing superior disease-resistance to bacterial spot. Introduced circa 1996. Ripens in mid August.
