ℹ Brand new to garden centers, 'Northern Spire' is a compact sport of Western Red Cedar recently discovered in Whistler BC! A dense, columnar coniferous evergreen with dark green, glossy foliage that requires no shearing and stays to a manageable height of around 16 feet tall. An excellent choice for hedging and as a specimen in space restricted gardens. Slight deer resistance compared to the Thuja Occidentalis, if you are looking for a more deer resistant hedging, consider a juniper hedge.
