|Echinacea purpurea 'Magnus Superior'
|Full Sun to Partial Shade
|Deer, Rabbit, Drought, Disease, Poor Soil
ℹ This is an improved version of the old classic. Outstanding ornamental producing a profusion of large (up to 7" across!), deep pink blooms with a distinctive raised, bristly cone center. Magnus Superior forms a large, bushy upright clump. Removing faded flowers regularly will greatly increase the flowering period. Seed heads have good winter interest. Outstanding for cutting. Attractive to butterflies. Plants may be easily divided in early spring. Any seedlings that appear can also be moved at that time
